We guarantee any of our products made by us and sold through our online store to be free of defects. We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions:

  • The item is in the original packaging and not been used in any way
  • The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The return is made within 7 days of the return or exchange request
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion

We currently don't have any physical stores under our brand name

Returns are confirmed within 7 days of receiving the package at our address.

Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to address provided in Return and Refund Policy page.

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

  • The item must have been sold on our online store
  • The item shouldn't have been used in any way
  • The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery
  • The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

At the moment, we only deliver to addresses in Australia.

Please get in touch with our support team at [email protected] or give us a call if you would like to arrange shipment outside Australia.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

We additionally offer support for Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

Most capital cities and surrounding suburbs will receive delivery within 3-7 business days and in regional areas and Western Australian locations within 7-10 business days. Please note that this excludes Friday’s, Weekends, National / State/ Region Public Holidays and peak periods.

We currently only ship within Australia.

For shipping outside Australia, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] or use contact details on our Contact Us page.

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

To make changes to your order, please reach out to support team using details on Contact Us page.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with details of your order.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
